Power in Pilates: A Celebration of Radical Self-Care

Join us during Black Women’s History Month for an empowering event designed for Black womxn, femmes, and those cultivating spaces for our well-being. Power in Pilates is more than a workout—it’s a movement toward radical self-care, intentional community, and reclaiming our power through Pilates.

What to Expect:
💬 A dynamic 30-minute panel discussion with expert instructors Tabatha Russell & Evelyn Brown, exploring the transformative power of Pilates.
💪 A 40-minute beginner/intermediate mat Pilates class led by 25-year Pilates educator Tabatha Russell—perfect for all levels.
Free warm drinks from Overflow Coffee + light snacks to nourish you.

🎟 What to Bring:

  • Your own yoga mat (required)

  • Optional: Wrist weights, Bala Bangles, or resistance bands for an advanced challenge
