Black Music Month: “Music to My Soul Art Exhibit”

  • Overflow Coffee 1449 South Michigan Avenue Chicago, IL, 60605 United States (map)

Once the Former headquarters of Black-owned Vee-Jay and Brunswick Records, Entrenuity is excited to showcase an art exhibit celebrating Chicago artists and their contributions to soul and R&B. Spanning from the 50s/60s to the current day, these artists have shared their experiences in the Chicago music industry and their commitment to representing talent in the City. Come join us as we showcase their talents through photography and story telling!

The exhibit will open promptly at 5:30pm and we will have a Q&A session around 6:45pm where you can hear more from the artists. Be sure to stay at the end where we will raffle off gifts!

*This event is FREE and open to the public. Children are welcome. Light refreshments will be available through purchase at Overflow Coffee. If you cannot make the event, the art will still be on display at Overflow.*
